“The glass is almost full, always.” That’s the motto behind LA Visual Reason’s first card project, the KEEP GOING Guidance Deck: Clear The Path For Your Intuition. Featuring the artwork of Mexican-American designer Reyna R Vera, the 54-card poker-sized deck offers a creative and soulful way to tap into inner guidance when life presents uncertainty.
A Vision Born from Art and Intuition
“Everybody struggles with the question of ‘What should I do?’ once in a while,” says LA Visual Reason. “We look for answers somewhere else, but the answer of what we truly desire is inside of each of us.”
That philosophy became the foundation of the KEEP GOING deck. As a lifelong artist, Reyna has spent years painting, drawing, and creating with traditional mediums like charcoal, watercolor, and illustration. “Drawing and painting for hours is my way of living,” she shares. “It gives me joy, happiness, and inspiration, which I get to pass on to others.”
The deck combines her years of artwork into a tool that feels both personal and universal. “Each piece has its own story since they were created randomly through time,” she explains. Some of the images date back more than fifteen years to her early days as a graphic design student.
Color, Psychology, and Meaning
The KEEP GOING deck is divided into four categories plus wildcards—each framed with a color that carries psychological symbolism:
- Red: Stop, contemplate, be brave, and take action.
- Yellow: Motivational encouragement: “The sun shines for everyone.”
- Green: Affirmations to boost creativity and confidence.
- Blue: Inviting reflection through powerful questions.
- Wildcards: Playful moments of inspiration.
“The psychology behind the red color is powerful and lovely,” Reyna notes. “The yellow-framed cards cheer you up when you hesitate. Green brings affirmations like ‘I’m doing great,’ and blue cards remind you that to find the right answer, you first need the right question.”
Overcoming Challenges
Like many independent creators, Reyna faced hurdles in bringing her vision to life. She first tried to assemble the project three years ago but struggled to find the right resources. Everything changed in 2022 when LA Visual Reason discovered us here at Shuffled Ink. “They came to the rescue,” she says. “The website is easy to navigate, the samples exceeded our expectations, and the customer service was amazing.”

Introducing the deck to others has been deeply rewarding. “When I tell people to play them, the KEEP GOING deck works,” Reyna says. “It makes sense for them, and the response I’m getting is: ‘I loved them and I will be using them. Not only are they creative, but they resonate with me.’”
Reyna offers simple but heartfelt encouragement: “KEEP GOING. If it’s your passion, you know you would do it even if it’s only for you—it’s worth it. It only needs one person to believe in it, and you’re more than enough.”
She also reminds artists that meaning matters more than trends: “Support human-made art. The answer lies in your passion and your voice.”
Looking Ahead
In 2025, LA Visual Reason and Reyna hope to share the KEEP GOING deck with more people around the world. “Aspiringly, we would love to sell 1,000 decks by the end of the year,” they share.

The creators emphasize that the deck is designed to be simple and intuitive:
“The fastest way of playing it is when you are stuck in a situation, and you’re hesitating about your next move. Find a quiet and comfortable space, and take a deep breath. Shuffle the cards facing down and pull one from the deck. Feel or listen to what your inner voice is trying to tell you. Work with your cards as many times as you want. Then, keep going with your path knowing that this deck of cards wishes you the best for your journey.”
